# Tally fonts

All three are free under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence texts in this folder). The site loads them from Google Fonts through `next/font`, so no font files ship in this kit; download them from the links below.

| Font | Weights | Role | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| Figtree | 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 | Everything people read: text and headlines. Headlines 800 with −0.035em tracking. | https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Figtree |
| IBM Plex Mono | 400, 500 | Figures, labels and code. Labels uppercase with +0.08em tracking; figures tabular. | https://fonts.google.com/specimen/IBM+Plex+Mono |
| Share Tech Mono | 400 | Only where Tally prints: the receipts and the till tape. Never for body text. | https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Share+Tech+Mono |

Licences: `OFL-Figtree.txt`, `OFL-IBMPlexMono.txt`, `OFL-ShareTechMono.txt`.
In email, web fonts don't load in Gmail or Outlook: emails use the system font stack.
