# Tally > The ops agent for your AI and SaaS tools. Tally finds every paid AI and SaaS tool a team uses, tracks seats and tokens in one place, warns before budgets run out, and shows what the spend produced. It measures tools, not people. Tally is built by ai6labs, the innovation studio of Wearable Devices Ltd. (Nasdaq: WLDS). It is in private beta at https://tallyless.com. ## Key facts - Name: Tally (one capitalised word). Website: tallyless.com. Maker: ai6labs (one lowercase word). - For: teams of 20–150 people that took up AI tools fast, on company and personal cards, without an IT department tracking them, and the founder or COO who has to answer what it all costs and what it produced. - What it tracks: seats billed every month (for example Notion, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT Team) and usage billed by tokens or credits (for example Lovable credits, Vercel usage, ChatGPT and Claude API), in one place. - What it does: finds paid tools, tracks seats and tokens, sets budgets and caps with alerts in Slack and email, and reports what the spend produced. - Privacy: Tally measures tools and output, not people. - Status: private beta. There is no public price. Who is Tally for? Teams of 20–150 that took up AI tools fast, on company and personal cards, without an IT department tracking them, and the founder or COO who has to answer what it all costs and what it produced. Does Tally monitor my employees? No. We measure tools, spend and output, not people. Prompts, responses, code and files stay on the computer. Reports are team-level by default; nobody is ranked. Is this another dashboard? No. Tally is an ops agent. It checks your tools and bills continuously and comes to you, in Slack or email, with specific findings and a next step: budget alerts, idle seats, duplicate tools and spend with no output behind it. How is this different from Anthropic's, OpenAI's or GitHub's own usage reports? Each of them reports its own tool, and more of them now report per person. Tally puts every tool on one view for the whole team, seats and tokens together: Claude Code, Codex and OpenRouter next to Figma, Notion, ChatGPT and the rest, with budgets and alerts across them and a hard cap on gateway traffic. It never reads prompts. Which tools does it work with? Claude Code and Codex (the CLI and the Tally Mac app), OpenRouter and any tool routed through the Tally gateway, with alerts in Slack and email. The Mac app also finds AI tools installed on each computer. And the rest of the toolbox: Lovable and Vercel, Figma, Canva, Notion, ChatGPT Business, HubSpot, monday.com, Linear, Slack AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Framer and Webflow, plus Claude and OpenAI admin-panel spend. Is there a Mac app? Yes. Tally for Mac (v0.1.1, Apple Silicon and Intel) lives in the menu bar, pairs your computer, finds your AI tools and syncs usage in the background. For now it's for invited teams: ask your team admin for the installer. Prefer the terminal? Developers can also connect Claude Code and Codex using the Tally CLI ( tallyless ). How do I get access? Tally is in private beta. Join the early access list and we'll email you when there's a spot. Why are seats and tokens counted separately? Many tools are both: a plan per person plus a credit pool that runs out. How does the seat check work? Billed: AI subscription invoices from the admin's email, or uploaded by hand. Reported: read-only admin keys from OpenRouter, Claude and OpenAI. Used: what each person actually uses, measured on their own computer. The three are checked against each other. What's the difference between equivalent API value and actual spend? Equivalent API value: what subscription use would cost at list prices. Actual spend: money really paid. The two are never added together. Where does our data live, and who can see it? Each team is its own tenant, isolated from every other team, and provider keys are encrypted and bound to their team. The details are in the Privacy Policy . Is our data kept apart from other teams'? Yes. Every team is its own tenant: teams are isolated from each other, every query is scoped to the caller's team, and the isolation is covered by automated tests. How are our provider keys stored? Encrypted, and each one bound to its own team. The same goes for webhooks. Admin keys are read-only. Does Tally rank people by usage? No. Insights and streaks are team-level. Nobody is ranked by tokens or spend; people see their own usage and the team's totals. ## Tally is in private beta. We're letting teams in a few at a time. The short version: we measure what AI costs, not what people write. Prompts, code and files never leave your computer. - 1 . What we collect - 2 . Cookies and local storage - 3 . How we use information - 4 . Who we share it with - 5 . How long we keep it - 6 . The demo - 7 . Your choices and rights - 8 . Children - 9 . Security - 10 . Changes to this policy - 11 . Contact ## 1 . What we collect Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture through our sign-in provider, Clerk. We store them with your team, your role (owner, admin, member, viewer or finance) and any title an admin gives you. For invitations we store the invited email address. Usage metadata from the CLI. The tallyless CLI reads Claude Code and Codex logs on your computer and uploads only: token counts per model, timestamps, message counts, the tool and session id, the project label and git branch, the computer's name, and subscription rate-limit levels. What the CLI never sends: prompts, responses, tool calls and their output, file contents, file paths or source code. They stay on your computer. Gateway requests. When a script or agent sends a request through the Tally gateway, we forward it to OpenRouter to get the answer. We record the model requested and used, token counts, cost, project and time. We do not store the content of the request or the answer. Team settings. Admins can add an OpenRouter key, a Slack webhook and alert email addresses. Keys and webhooks are stored encrypted and are used only for that team. Early access requests. When you request early access on tallyless.com, we store your work email, name, role, company and team size, and the campaign link you came from (for example, a LinkedIn post). We use them to reply to your request and to schedule an intro call if you book one. Hosting. The service runs on Vercel. When you visit, the hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and uses it to deliver and secure the service. ## 2 . Cookies and local storage We use only what the service needs to work: - Sign-in cookies from Clerk, which keep you signed in. - A signed cookie for the demo, set only when you choose Demo admin or Demo user. - A cookie that remembers your language. - Your light or dark mode choice, saved in your browser's local storage and not sent to us. On tallyless.com we use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits and see where early access requests come from. It runs without cookies or local storage, does not record sessions, and receives no names or email addresses. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking. ## 3 . How we use information We use it to run Tally for your team: dashboards, budgets, alerts, gateway routing and caps, invitations, and keeping the service secure. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use your team's data to train AI models. Inside your team, admins see usage and cost by person, project and model. Members see their own usage and team totals. Every team is kept separate: no team can see another team's data. ## 4 . Who we share it with We share personal information only with: - Service providers that run Tally for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk and Google (sign-in), Resend (email), PostHog (website analytics, EU), Cal.com (intro call scheduling) and Slack (our internal notifications). - Services your team connects: OpenRouter, for gateway requests and spend sync, and Slack, for alerts. - Wearable Devices Ltd., the company ai6labs belongs to. - Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect people from harm. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. ## 5 . How long we keep it We keep team data while the team uses Tally . An admin can deactivate a member, and you can disconnect a computer from Settings at any time. When a team asks us to close its account, we delete its data unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention settings. ## 6 . The demo Demo admin and Demo user sign in to a separate demo team with sample data. Anything you change there is visible to other demo visitors and is reset from Settings. Please do not enter real personal information in the demo. ## 7 . Your choices and rights You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@tallyless.com . We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If your team's admin manages your account, we may pass your request to them. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. ## 8 . Children Tally is for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to hello@tallyless.com and we will delete it. ## 9 . Security We take reasonable steps to protect information, including encrypted secrets, hashed device tokens and separate data for every team, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. ## 10 . Changes to this policy We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this page. ## 11 . Who we are Tally is an ai6labs project. ai6labs is the innovation studio of Wearable Devices Ltd. ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Tally web app, the tallyless CLI and the gateway (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company. ## 2 . Early access Tally is in active development. Features can change, appear or go away, and the service may be unavailable at times. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, it is provided free of charge during early access, and we may end early access with reasonable notice. ## 3 . Accounts and teams - You sign in with a work Google account on your team's allowed email domain. Keep your account and your computer's device token safe, and tell us if you think either is misused. - A team's admins decide who joins, which roles people have and which services are connected. They are responsible for having the right to add those people and connect those services. - The demo is a shared sandbox with sample data. Do not enter real personal or confidential information there. ## 4 . Acceptable use Do not use the service to: - break the law or anyone else's rights; - try to reach another team's data or get around sign-in, roles or limits; - probe, overload or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer its security; - send requests through the gateway that break the terms of the model provider that answers them. ## 5 . Your data Your team's data stays yours. You let us process it only to run, secure and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy . We do not sell it or use it to train AI models. ## 6 . Third-party services Tally works with services such as Anthropic (Claude Code), OpenAI (Codex), OpenRouter, Slack and Google. They have their own terms and prices, and you pay them directly. We are not responsible for their services, their availability or what they charge. ## 7 . Figures, budgets and caps - Equivalent API value is an estimate of what usage would cost at public list prices. It is a measure of value, not a bill. - Actual spend comes from the gateway and from your OpenRouter account and can differ from your provider's invoice, for example because of timing, discounts or taxes. - Budgets and alerts help you manage spend; alerts can arrive late or not at all. Hard caps apply only to API traffic routed through the gateway. Subscription tools such as Claude Code and Codex are measured, not stopped. - You remain responsible for your spending with every provider and for checking figures before you rely on them, for example for accounting. ## 8 . Our service and feedback We own the service, its software and its design, and these terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. ## 9 . No warranty The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. ## 10 . Limits on liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for charges from third-party providers. Our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. ## 11 . Suspension and ending You can stop using the service at any time; to close your team's account, write to hello@tallyless.com . We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other teams. ## 12 . Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page or in the app before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms. ## 13 . Contact Questions about these terms: hello@tallyless.com . --- # Tally: approved copy Approved by Erez, 5 November 2026. The source of truth for every value here is the site itself: colours and radii in `app/globals.css` (`@theme`), fonts in `app/layout.tsx`. `tokens.css` and `tokens.json` in this kit are generated from that file on every build. ## Name **Tally**, one capitalised word; the site is tallyless.com; Tally is an ai6labs product. See `copy/tally-copy.md`. ## Colour Paper and ink carry the page. Tally green is the one signal colour, for actions and the brand panels; Mint is the green on dark. Ledger red is only for money going wrong: an overspend, a cap, a warning. | Role | Hex | Use | |---|---|---| | Ink | #0F1A14 | Text, dark logo | | Tally green | #0A7A43 | Buttons, links, brand panels | | Green deep | #086637 | Hover on green | | Mint | #34C27A | Green on dark backgrounds | | Paper | #F2F4F0 | Page background | | Soft | #FBFBFA | Quiet card backgrounds | | White | #FFFFFF | Cards, header | | Night | #0E1511 | Dark sections | | Line | #E1E5DF | Borders and rules | | Muted | #4F5A52 | Secondary text | | Ledger red | #B4442E | Warnings only | | Red on dark | #E07A62 | Warnings on dark | Text on Tally green is white. Don't put the colour logo on Tally green; use the white one-colour logo there. ## The mark The T mark is a bar, a stem and a dot, each with its own gradient. Use the files; never rebuild it in flat green. | Part | Gradient | |---|---| | Bar | #12A066 → #14A86B → #4FD39A → #B6F0D3 | | Stem | #0A7A43 → #16A56A → #6EE0AE | | Dot | #109A5E → #2BC183 | One-colour versions are Ink (#0F1A14) or white. On dark, the colour mark stays and the wordmark turns Paper (#F2F4F0). - **Clear space:** the height of the dot on every side. - **Minimum size:** the full logo 72 px wide on screen; the mark alone 20 px. - **Don't:** recolour, stretch, rotate, add shadows or effects, put the colour logo on busy images, or redraw the mark flat. ## Type - **Figtree** (400–800) for everything people read. Headlines 800, tracking −0.035em, line height about 1.0; text 16–18 px, line height 1.5. - **IBM Plex Mono** (400, 500) for figures, labels and code. Labels 12–13 px, uppercase, tracking +0.08em. Figures tabular. - **Share Tech Mono** (400) only for the till tape and receipts. See `fonts/FONTS.md`. ## Layout - Content width up to about 1160 px; 16 px side gutters on phones, 32–36 px on desktop. - Brand panels: full-width green or night blocks with a 12 px inset from the window and 20 px corners. - Cards: white, 1 px Line border, 14–18 px corners. Buttons: 10–12 px corners in the flow; pills (fully round) for the header's primary action. - Radii: 5, 6, 10, 14 and 18 px. - One idea per section; a section starts with a mono label, a headline and one sentence. ## Motion - Easing: `cubic-bezier(0.2, 0.8, 0.2, 1)` (scrub) and `cubic-bezier(0.22, 1, 0.36, 1)` (sequences). - Motion explains something (a bill arriving, a total adding up); nothing moves only to decorate. Everything respects reduced motion. ## Voice - Plain and specific. Short sentences. Numbers instead of adjectives. - Talk about tools and spend, never about watching people: "Tools, not people." - No hype words, no exclamation marks, no prices or discounts during the private beta. ## Components - **Brand panel:** the page's opening block, Tally green with white text, 20 px corners, inset 12 px from the window. - **Section head:** a mono label with a number (`01 · Logo`), a headline in Figtree 800 and one sentence in Muted. - **Cards:** white on Paper, 1 px Line border, 18 px corners; the caption sits under a hairline with the name, a mono note and the download chips. - **Download chips:** mono 12 px, 1 px Line border, 6 px corners; the border turns Ink on hover. - **Buttons:** 50 px tall, 12 px corners; primary is white on green panels and green elsewhere; secondary is outlined. - **Receipts and the till tape:** Share Tech Mono on white paper with a torn edge; totals right-aligned; Ledger red only for an overspend. ## Imagery and illustration - The four characters are Keeper, Tally's own character, in four roles: design lead, finance lead, product manager and backend engineer. Only the clothes, props and pose change; Keeper stays green and unchanged. Keep each with its role. - Product images show Tally's own screens and receipts with sample data that is plainly sample data. No stock photos, no screenshots of other companies' products, no real customer names. - The brand film is the 42-second intro; it plays without sound. ## Accessibility - Text meets WCAG AA contrast; text on Tally green is white; Muted (#4F5A52) is the lightest text colour on Paper. - Focus is always visible. Controls are at least 44 px. Nothing depends on animation or script to be readable. - Images have alt text; the characters' alt text names Keeper and the role. ## Machine readability - `/llms.txt` and `/llms-full.txt` (llms.txt, the text of every page as rendered, the approved copy and this file). - Brand files at stable addresses under `/brand/`: `tokens.css`, `tokens.json`, `DESIGN.md`, `BRAND-ASSETS.md`, `RELEASE.md`, `release.json` and the kit ZIP, all generated on every build by `scripts/brand/kit.mjs` from `brand.config.json`. - Every page has a title, description, canonical, Open Graph and Twitter card, and JSON-LD (ai6labs as publisher, Wearable Devices Ltd. as parent). ## Relationship to ai6labs - Tally is built by ai6labs, the innovation studio of Wearable Devices Ltd. (Nasdaq: WLDS). Tally keeps its own colours, type and logo; the ai6labs logo appears only in the footer attribution, as the official ai6labs file. - Press and brand questions for both go to hello@ai6labs.com. ## Presentations - Start every deck from `presentation/tally-slides-template.pptx`: title, section, content and closing layouts in Figtree, Paper and Ink with Tally green as the one accent. The template is built from `scripts/brand/slides/` by `scripts/brand/slides-template.py`, which takes its colours from the site's tokens. ## Don't - Redraw, recolour, stretch or flatten the mark; put the colour logo on green or on busy images. - Use Ledger red for anything but money going wrong. - Show real people as Tally users, or describe Tally as watching people. Tally measures tools, not people. - Quote prices or discounts during the private beta.
